Submersible sludge pump UNIQUA CESSPIT is used for transferring and draining water, sediments and feces. To use the pump for pumping flammable liquid, toxic liquid substance (acid, alkali) is forbidden! To use the pump in a place with a threat of explosion is forbidden too. The producer can make pumps with a different length of cable compliance according to the wish of a costumer. The pumps can by used in vertical, horizontal or tilted position.
Construction
The pump UNIQUA CESSPIT has an electric motor together with a rotor, which create a compact hermetic piece with suction hole located at the bottom of pump. The pump is single-stage with impeller of type Vortex. The electric motor is three-phase, asynchronous and is protected against penetration of the pumped liquid by a mechanical seal, an oil casing (filled with rafined rape oil) and a lip seal. The motor is fitted with a thermal winding protection against overheating (the motor is also protected against destruction for a short time). The connect cable is perfectly sealed by a special bushing and is protected against penetration of pumped water. The user is obligated to protect the motor against overload by a current circuit breaker (see the connection diagram). The product is protected by the utility model and patent.
